Passion play

A young girl anoints the body of Jesus with an expensive
perfumed oil, receiving criticism from some of the disciples but
praise from Jesus. Gary Sidloski plays Jesus Christ in "The
Mystery of the Passion of Christ" while Desiree Smith plays
the young girl. The passion play, performed by the parishioners
of St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, is scheduled to
play once more at 7:30 p.m. on Good Friday at McKenna Hall. Free
tickets are available at the church rectory office or from various
businesses.

Have you hugged a bunny today?

Hold on tight - like April and Miles Dammann, who
are trying to keep three squirming bunnies in their arms. These
bunnies were born on Trevor and Marie Dammann's farm near Griffin
in February and soon they'll be helping out the Easter Bunny
when he brings treats on Easter Sunday, April 12. |
