Comp drama performances on stage October 28 and 29

Drama literally takes center stage next week in the cafetorium Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 28 and 29.

Miss Frankenstein's Monster, by Albert Green, is a fast moving, hilarious spoof based on the ageless story of Frankenstein. The lead role is performed by a veteran actress Elle Keating but the drama club has many new faces this year. Directors Brenda King and Leah Fornwald are very excited about this presentation and they know that everyone who attends will have an enjoyable evening of live theatre. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for those under 16. WCS students and Eagle Pass holders are admitted free. Refreshments and desserts will be sold by the Paris Travel Club.

On Tuesday, Oct. 27 a meeting will be held in the cafetorium starting at 7:30 p.m. for all those people interested in the proposed Performing Arts Centre. Public input and support is critical for this project to go forward so please come out and find out what has happened so far and contribute your thoughts and ideas for the future.
