Paste across Canada

Daryl Fleck's Grade 5 students apply papier mache paste
onto a large map of Canada on Friday afternoon. The crew includes,
from left foreground, Sara Storle, teacher Daryl Fleck, Krista
Buchanan (hidden), Megan Hughes, Amanda Kopeck and Candace Dighans.
The map is part of the St. Dominic class's social studies unit
on Canada, and will eventually be painted with relief features,
the provinces and major cities across the country. The class usually
enters the map as one of the school's projects in the Weyburn
Fair at the end of the school year.
