Sharing a laugh

Retired businessman Don Mann and Premier Roy Romanow
share a laugh after a luncheon held on Thursday by the Weyburn
Rotary Club at the Elks Hall. Mann joined Rotary in 1949 and at
87 years of age, is the oldest member of the club. The premier
swung through Weyburn last week to provide an election-style speech
that he called a State of the Province address. See related story
on Page 14A.
