In 1997, we won the Saskatchewan midget championships. We
went to the Western Canadian championship that year
- What's your funniest baseball memory?
A line drive against Melville hit Red Neuberger so hard,
he did a cartwheel into the dugout.
- Why do you coach the game?
I've always loved it.
- What's most interesting about baseball to you?
I like to watch other players develop.
- Who is your favourite professional player?
People like Willie Mays and Cal Ripken, Jr. because they
played well late in their careers.
- What's your favourite professional team?
The Toronto Blue Jays, because they are a good young club
who play against overwhelming odds.
