Selling Telemiracle sundaes
Grade 4 teacher Wendy Postnikoff, far right, instructs
her students who are serving up sundaes to kindergarten students
at Assiniboia Park School on Monday morning. The sundae sale raised
around $250 for the Telemiracle fund-raiser. Proceeds from other
school fund-raisers will be added to this total at a later date.

Lay-up for a basket

Brian Lee, a player with the St. Michael Junior High
Tigers, goes high to lay up a basket for his team in a Saturday
afternoon match against Radville. The Weyburn host team was out-matched
by Radville with the final score 48-22 in Radville's favour.
The match was one of several on Friday and Saturday, as the two
junior high schools hosted a boys and girls junior high basketball
tournament. |
