Two classes at Signal Hill Arts Centre have had new sessions added due to the high demand this spring.

The beginners' stained glass courses were so popular a third one has been scheduled to run on Sunday, April 2, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The class will be very hands-on and will involve cutting glass. Students will learn about using the proper equipment and techniques for handling the equipment. Upon completion students will have a sun-catcher to hang in a window. There is a minimal supply list required.

A second class has also been scheduled for an authentic Chinese cooking class, to be held on Thursdays, April 6 and 13, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

In this class, students will create seven tasty dishes in six hours, along with the secrets behind Chinese cooking.

Registration will be taken at Signal Hill or at the Leisure Centre.
