The cosmetology team from the Weyburn Comprehensive School returned from Prince Albert with no medals but did experience a good time and gained some knowledge.

Track and field practices continue in preparation for the district track meet to be held in Carlyle on May 23 and 24. Winners will then go on to the provincials to be held in Saskatoon on June 2 and 3.

Voting for the tributes for the class of 2000 will take place on Thursday, May 18, along with a special activity day hosted by the SRC for the whole student body. Speeches and voting for next years' SRC will take place Friday, May 19, and the 2001 grad coordinators will be voted on.

The annual Spring Music concert will be held on May 24. The concert gets underway at 7:30 p.m. The next day, May 25, will be the media fair.

A school dance will be held June 2, a variety night will be held June 7 at 7 p.m., final exams will take place from June 21-27 and the graduation exercises will be held June 28.
