Class enrollments are at an all-time high at the Southeast College, with new programs being offered.

The college now has a new partnership with an online education company, "edtogo." On this site the school offers education in small business, personal enrichment, computer certification, Internet training and large business management, to name a few. Any person can apply for these courses and there are no pre-requisites.

The new Applied Computer System Support Program offered at the college was created in partnership with SIAST, and developed for business and industry employers and employees. Each course is certified by SIAST.

During the slow winter months the college offers small air-cooled engine repair, metal lathe, commercial pesticide applicator, farm accounting, bison production and handling, sheep and goat production and beef management and production just before calving season.

The Teacher Assistant Training Program is in very high demand locally and throughout the province. This course has enjoyed a lot of success and made its graduates highly employable.
