Parent-teacher interviews at the Weyburn Comprehensive School will be held on Monday, Nov. 13, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Parents with surnames beginning with the letters A to M are asked to come between 7 and 8 p.m., and those with letters from N to Z are asked to attend between 8 and 9. Brief interviews may be held at this time, and if more in-depth interviews are required, an appointment can be made.

All parents are reminded that report cards will go out on Thursday, Nov. 9, to give parents time go over the reports prior to the interview day.

The only sport ongoing right now at the Comp is volleyball. This past weekend, the two senior teams took part in their last tournaments of the year, with the girls placing second in Lumsden, while the boys lost to Estevan in the quarter-finals of the Yorkton tournament. District playoffs will be held this week in Weyburn.

The curling teams are being chosen, and basketball will start once volleyball is over.

The drama club is into it final two weeks of practice before their performances on Nov. 21 and 22. The group will perform the comedy, The Beverly Hillbillies.
