The Eagles final game of the round robin was against North Battleford. For this game the starting line up took a much needed rest and the second line up took to the court. The girls won both sets the with scores of 25-19 and 25-21.

The next game for the Eagles was against St. Joseph from Saskatoon in the semi-finals. The girls defeated the defending champions in a hard fought match with close scores of 27-25 and 25-19. In the finals, the girls were up against Prince Albert Carlton and got off to a bad start by giving Prince Albert a 7-0 lead. After a strong comeback the girls eventually lost the first game 18-25. In the second set the Eagles played hard, keeping a lead throughout most of the game. The team couldn't hold on to its lead and were defeated 26-24.

"This capped a very good season with a well deserved silver medal," said coach Blake Johnson. "The leadership of the Grade 12 players Lynsey MacInnis, Nicole Byrnes, Amy Satre and Jody Anderson was instrumental in the teams success.

That effort was combined with the athletic ability of the upcoming players and the overall depth of the team. The four girls graduating will be missed, but there's a strong contingent of the remaining nine players for next year,"

The top hitters for the weekend were Jenna Unraw, Tonya Mokelki and Lynsey MacInnis - all with over a 50 percent kill efficiency. The top passers were Heather Maloney with 2.3 efficiency rate and Lynsey MacInnis with a 2.4 passing efficiency. Heather Maloney and Amy Satre were the top servers with 97 percent efficiency.
