Do you like your berries with a little frost?

Hoar frost collects on the branches and berries of a Mountain Ash at the home of Max and Jaynie Himsl on Second Street in Weyburn on Thursday afternoon. The frost was a clear indication that the warmer weather Weyburn residents have experiencing lately, may be over.

The next generation of service clubs

The first recruits from the new Leos Club of Weyburn meet for the signing of the official charter, along with parents and members of the Lions Club, on Dec. 3 at the Weyburn Youth Centre. Joining the new youth service group is Nick Mee, Jared Wagner, Cody Fletcher, Eric Lanktree and Brendan Sedger. The boys were joined by Brian Hopfe from the Youth Centre and Lions Club member Brian Lanktree, among others.
