The main event has been announced for the boxing card to be held on Saturday, April 5, at the Elks Hall.

Moses Alli of Regina and Eric Stanley of Newtown, N.D. will face each other in the main event of the card. Alli, who originally hails from Uganda, is the current Saskatchewan light middleweight champion, as well as a bronze medallist from the Canadian Nationals.

Stanley is the Golden Gloves Champion of North Dakota, and has more than 50 fights on his record.

The card, which is being put on by the Soo Line Boxing Club, will feature fighters from Weyburn, Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current, North Dakota, Brandon and Winnipeg, Man.

The event will start at 7 p.m., and is open to the public.
