The Weyburn Comprehensive School is attempting to complete a number of projects, including compiling a complete list of all students who ever attended WCI and WCS.

The school is also planning to construct a "Wall of Honour" to highlight the achievements of former students in areas like science research, business, finance, politics, theatre, music, volunteer work, justice, and so on. If anyone has photos the school could copy or have, please contact Bob King at the school.

There are no copies of the 1977-78 yearbook in the school, and would appreciate one if a resident has one they could donate.

The Weyburn Music Festival wrapped up on Friday, and all four groups from the Comp did very well. In addition, many students achieved personal bests in piano and other competitions.

The public will get to see many of these performers at the Dessert and Entertainment concerts to be held on Sunday, April 13 in the Cafetorium. Two different concerts will take place, one from 2-4 p.m. and the other from 6-8 p.m. Come and hear some great entertainment, have a dessert and help support the school's music trip to Toronto.

All grad parents and grads are reminded of the pizza-making event on Sunday, April 6, at 9 a.m. in the Cafetorium. Grads are reminded that the pizzas are to be delivered that day.

Nominations are now open for the 2004 grad coordinators and plans are moving forward for this year's grad to be held on Wednesday, June 25.

The first rehearsals for The Wizard of Oz have taken place and tickets will go on sale in the Weyburn Comp School booth at the Farm, Home and Leisure Show on Friday and Saturday, April 11 and 12.

Badminton and track and field practices are taking place every day with competitions coming up in the near future.

All theatre directors and support personnel are reminded of the Alberta Theatre Project workshop on Saturday, April 12, at the Comp. The registration deadline is April 4, and this can be done by contacting Bob King at the school.
