DeLaet has two straight rounds of 65

Weyburn native Graham DeLaet shot a career-best this week at an Idaho State tournament, posting back-to-back rounds of 65 and pulling his team into the lead.

DeLaet is representing Boise State University at the Peterson/Von Elm Intercollegiate Tournament.

According to the university's website, he finished his second round on Monday 14-under-par and 10 strokes ahead of his closest opponent.

With these two rounds, DeLaet has broken his previous record at Boise State of 66. Should he hold on to his lead, he will tie with another golfer from Boise State for the most tournament wins in a season.

DeLaet was entering his final round of the tournament yesterday, April 15. However, final results are not available due to publication deadlines.
