Fred Malley of Yellow Grass greets Reverend Carolyn
McBean, as members of the new United Church-Peace Lutheran congregation
gather outside the Yellow Grass United Church, at the end of
the first, official joint service for the two groups on Sunday
morning. The two congregations signed a partnership agreement
in late August after a year-long process of review. This service
was held at the United Church but some services will be held
at the Lutheran Church later in the year. |
