Come on down for Halloween

The Grim Reaper beckons foolhardy trick-and-treaters at the front entrance of Laura Hamilton and Lyle Leonard's yard on Tom Hart Drive, decked out with skulls, warning signs and little ghosts in preparation for Halloween this Friday, Oct. 31. Their yard is infamous for being fully decorated in time for Halloween every year.

Flashing the victory sign

Newly re-elected Mayor Don Schlosser flashes the victory sign as wife Carole looks on, as he spoke to his supporters gathered at the Weyburn Inn to watch the civic election results come in. The mayor's race came down to the last polling station, with the result Schlosser edged out challenger Debra Button by 11 votes to win his third term as mayor.
