Give 'em razzle-dazzle

Members of the STARS choir from the Weyburn Comprehensive School sing a selection of songs from the movie musical Chicago, in a performance at the NDP Spring Banquet Wednesday night. The choir, led by Colleen Weimer, also sang some of the songs they presented at the Weyburn Music Festival, which wrapped up on April 1.

Rehearsing 'Papers'

Crocus 80 members Rae VanHeukelom, Kim Wheeler and Cara Schultz rehearse a scene from "Papers," a Canadian comedy-drama written by Allan Stratton. The local theatre group will be taking the play to this year's TheatreFest in Saskatoon on Thursday, April 15, which will be followed by an adjudication on Friday morning. They will also hold an encore performance on Sunday, April 25, at 2 p.m. at the T.C. Douglas Centre.
