The City of Weyburn will sponsor its annual Crocus Spring Festival in River Park on Sunday, May 30.

Activities will begin at 1 p.m. with a three-kilometre Hearts in Motion walk. At 1:30 p.m. a group of cheerleaders will perform at the new gazebo, with children's games beginning at 2 p.m.

The St. Michael Junior High jazz band will perform at 2 p.m., with the Pioneers playing at 2:30 p.m.

At 3 p.m. students with the New Generation Dance Studio will perform dance routines.

Arbor Day activities will begin at 3:30 p.m. with tree planting.

Around the same time, businesses which donated to the city's centennial fund, used to construct the new gazebo, paved walkways and a bridge, will be honoured with a Centennial Fund recognition plaque.
