The Weyburn Independent Riders 15th annual toy run for charity will be held on Saturday, Sept. 11, beginning at 1 p.m. at the Weyburn Junior High parking lot. It will start with a parade through Weyburn to Riverside Park. All riders are welcome, with a donation of a toy to the Salvation Army.

The Weyburn Independent Riders will also participate in the sixth annual Southeast Saskatchewan motorcycle run on Sunday, Sept. 12 with the Prairie Riders of Estevan, and the Weyburn and Estevan McDonalds restaurants.

Registration for the event begins at 3:30 p.m. at the Weyburn and Estevan McDonalds parking lots. The ride leaves at 4 p.m. to Stoughton, with a photo stop and draw for door prizes at the Crossroads Inn. A beef on a bun supper will be available.

Registration is $10 per person with all funds going to the Ronald McDonald House in Saskatoon.
