The executive for the Weyburn Music Festival Association has been set, and work on next year's festival will begin with the first meeting of the new executive.

The association will meet on Tuesday, Oct. 5 at 7:30 p.m. in the Comp School library. Everyone interested in the music festival is welcome to attend.

The president for the coming year is Cindy Bell, the secretary is Shari Obst and treasurer is Debbie Jensen.

The entry secretaries are Marga Cugnet for piano, and June Fletcher for band and vocal.

Bob King is in charge of halls and properties, while hospitality and doors is under Susan Lawrence, Trudy Kvamme, Mary Shirkie and Tammy Dionne.

Cherith Alexander and Colleen Weimer are in charge of the program, Kelly Roysum is in charge of computer work, and the scholarship is administered by Norma Krainyk, Kelly Hansen, Heather Sidloski and Donna Verbeurgt.

The music convenors for piano are Adrienne Sidloski, Brenda Milatz and Deana Mainil; for band, Janice Wagner, Laura Watson and Mary Caldwell; and for vocal, Twila Walkeden and Glenda Arts.
