Filming for The Greatest Canadian

CBC-TV cameraman Aldo Columpsi videotapes a response by Ray Hamm to the question, "Who is the Greatest Canadian?", during a showing of the episode on Tommy Douglas at the Weyburn Legion Hall on Oct. 18. The former premier of Saskatchewan has been nominated as one of the top 10 greatest Canadians, with voting on now until the end of November for the overall title of The Greatest Canadian. Douglas is up against such nominees as Pierre Trudeau, Lester B. Pearson, Terry Fox, Wayne Gretzky and Alexander Graham Bell.
