Christmas trees will be available for sale starting on Monday, Nov. 29 in the vacant lot behind the Co-op Food Store, put on by the Young Fellows Club.

Organizer Charles Ries said trees will begin arriving the week of Nov. 22. Trees will be available from noon to 8:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Douglas fir, white pine, Fraser, sheered firs and balsams will all be available as usual.

The Young Fellows organize the tree sales every year as a fund-raiser. All proceeds go into its community projects.

Ries said the numbers sold stay relatively steady from year to year.
