The Bantam Redcoat Rams skated to a 3-3 tie with the visiting Melville Millionaires on Sunday afternoon.

Weyburn jumped out to a 1-0 lead only eight seconds into the game, on a goal by Shaun Stroeder. Reid Paterson assisted.

The Rams improved their lead to 2-0 on an unassisted goal by Dylan Spencer that same period.

In the second, the Millionaires fought back with two goals of their own. They took the lead 33 seconds into the third period, on a slapshot that beat Rams' goaltender Josh Seibel.

Jon Neuberger then salvaged the game for Weyburn, with a goal on a rebound from Adam Shirkie.

Seibel stopped 20 shots for the tie in net.

The next action for the Rams is this weekend, as they host the Moose Jaw Warriors on Saturday, Nov. 27, and Sunday, Nov. 28, at 7:45 p.m. and 1 p.m. respectively. Both games are in the Colosseum.
