The Weyburn Nature Society's annual Christmas bird count will be held in the Weyburn area on Tuesday, Dec. 21.

The count is taken annually, with the tally and bird species seen tabulated as part of the count taken across Canada at Christmas time.

Anyone interested in taking part can meet at the Main Track Cafe at 9 a.m., and those present will divide up the area in and around Weyburn. The count usually takes in a radius of about 10 miles around Weyburn, including the golf course and Souris Valley grounds.
