Holiday Train rolls into Weyburn

The CPR Holiday Train No. 2 sits idling in Weyburn along side Railway Avenue on Dec. 17, as city and area residents take photos of it and watch the entertainment on the stage car. The train collected food donations for the Salvation Army food bank, and a presentation of $2,000 was also made to the Salvation Army. This train began in southern Ontario, then swung through the northeastern states and the Midwest before coming up the Soo Line to North Portal, Estevan and Weyburn as the final stop
