Leaf angels

Caitlin and Marissa Davis make leaf angels in the piles of leaves in the back yard of their Maple Drive home on Thursday. The girls were jumping in the leaves and having fun as many children and young-at-heart people are doing as warm fall weather continued for most of the past week, enabling gardeners to finish harvesting their vegetables, and farmers to harvest their grain.

Weyburn Red Wings volunteer

Tom Huston, 91, stands on the stairs leading up to his seat at the Colosseum during the Weyburn Red Wings' training camp. Huston has spent over 30 years working and volunteering with the hockey team. He still helps the Red Wings with delivering mail and selling Red Wing Hockey Boards. Huston has also received numerous awards for his involvement with figure skating and volunteer work in the community. For related feature story check out the October 5 issue of the Weyburn Review.
