Performing for Music Festival

The Weyburn Comprehensive School STARS Show Choir wave their hands in the air during their performance in front of an adjudicator on Wednesday night at the school. The much anticipated Weyburn Music Festival Choir Competition took place on Wednesday with all of the local school choirs performing for adjudication. The Music Festival wrapped up on Tuesday with the Stars of the Festival concert.

Swing and a miss

Haig School student Kayla Bell takes a swat at a birdie as it falls to the ground during badminton practice in the gym on Wednesday. About a dozen students at the school attended the practice with three courts of games going. While they were playing, the children were given instructions of how to improve their game.
