A springtime farm visit

Cara Jo Ashworth enjoys a visit to the farm of Tyler and Carrie Metheral near Yellow Grass on Thursday evening. In the farm yard, she visited with the sheep, goats, donkeys and a pig, and the pig was one of her favourites. She also enjoyed a visit with baby bunnies at the farm. Cara is the daughter of Danna Grassick and Travis Ashworth of Yellow Grass. With spring's arrival and Easter just around the corner, the arrival of baby animals on Weyburn area farms are also a big part of spring. Good Friday is on April 14, which is also the first day of the spring break for Weyburn and area school students.
