The grounds and pools at the Weyburn Leisure Centre are full of people celebrating Canada Day on Saturday under bright sunshine and perfect temperatures. The City of Weyburn hosted the festivities with free swimming for the afternoon, along with a Colour Guard ceremony, a barbecue put on by the Legion, face-painting and crafts, music and beach volleyball. The day ended with a fireworks display at the fair grounds at dusk.
