The Heritage Village fire truck

Volunteer Scott McLeod waves to visitors to the Heritage Village as he drives the fire truck out of the village and around the South Hill area, as part of Heritage Days activities on Friday. The village also had a number of demonstrations and exhibits on Friday and Saturday, held in conjunction with the Weyburn Wheat Festival.

Rounding the barrels

Weyburn rider Meagan Chuckry rounds her second barrel after knocking over her first one in the background, during the junior girls barrel-racing event at the Weyburn Rodeo on Sunday afternoon. This was the second performance of the two-day rodeo hosted by the Weyburn Ag Society at the exhibition grounds. Other events included bareback and bronc riding, bullriding, calf roping, steer wrestling and team roping.
