Pull with all your might

Weyburn Junior High students pull hard on a rope during a game of Tug of War to earn points for their Cobra Squad intramural teams on June 12 during the school's game day at the Leisure Centre. From back to front are Riley Laird, Kyran Paul, Colton Lund, Chanel Hudson, Chelsey Erickson, Alex Kakakaway and Crystal Andrews. In the morning, the students played games at the school and, in the afternoon, they took part in games such as tennis, beach volleyball and swimming at the Leisure Centre.

Directing the Jazz band

Band director Tanya Cameron brings in the alto saxophones during the song, Can't Help Falling in Love, during the Comp School's spring concert on Wednesday evening in the Cafetorium. The concert also featured the Grade 10 choir and the STARS Show Choir, and a second concert featuring other groups was held Thursday evening. The annual art show by the Comp art department was also on in the school library on Wednesday evening.
