The tier two Weyburn Bantam Red Coat Rams had a busy week with their second league game against Assiniboia on Nov. 7 and a tournament in Moose Jaw Nov. 9 to 11.

The boys lost to Assiniboia, with Weyburn goals being scored by Lyndon Lumb off an assist by Devon Stephanson and one by Thomas Bresciani off an assist by Lumb.

The Rams then had a great weekend in Moose Jaw, finishing second in the 'A' event, playing against teams from Regina, Moose Jaw, Assiniboia and Estevan. They played against Estevan in the final, winning the silver.

Scoring four goals over the weekend was Jade Schidlowski, scoring three goals each were Brayden Leslie, Lyndon Cross and Lyndon Lumb. Scoring two goals each were Jesse Watson, Jordan Ippolito, Eric Evans, Devon Stephanson and Mac Metheral and scoring a single goal was Thomas Bresciani.

Assists were made by Lyndon Cross, Louis Schnell, Brayden Leslie, Eric Evans, Mac Metheral, Jesse Watson, Jordan Ippolito, Lyndon Lumb, Zane Creighton, Josh Forsgren, Jade Schidlowski, Devon Stephanson, Thomas Bresciani and Kyle Crozier. Time was split evenly between goaltenders Curtis Bourassa and Jade Rooney.

Next action for the Weyburn Bantam Red Coat Rams is on Saturday, Nov. 17 in Assiniboia and on Sunday, Nov. 18 at home against Estevan.
