With Christmas approaching quickly in the city of Weyburn, city churches have set dates and times for when their Christmas services will be held.

All Saints Anglican Church will be holding their Christmas Eve service on Monday, Dec. 24, at 7 p.m.

Calvary Baptist will be holding their Christmas Eve service from 7 to 8 p.m.

Grace United Church will hold a Blue Christmas service on Wednesday, Dec. 19 at 7 p.m., with a special candlelight service for those coping with grief and hardship during the Christmas season. The Christmas Eve service for Grace United will take place on Dec. 24 at 7:30 p.m., and will be led by the worship committee.

Knox Presbyterian Church will be holding a Christmas Eve service at 7 p.m., with a communion service with Rev. John Ferrier.

St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church will be holding two Christmas Eve services, one at 6 p.m. and the second at 10:30 p.m. The church will also hold a Christmas Day service on Tuesday, Dec. 25, at 10 a.m.

Weyburn Community Free Methodist Church will hold a Christmas Eve service at 6 p.m.

The Salvation Army Church will be holding a candlelight service on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, at 4:30 p.m.

On Thursday, Dec. 20 the Salvation Army will be hosting their annual community Christmas dinner, starting at 6 p.m. This will be open to anyone in the community who wants to celebrate the Christmas season, with special entertainment being provided. Residents who are interested in attending the Christmas dinner are asked to register with the Salvation Army or the Family Place.

The Zion Lutheran Church will be holding a candlelight service on Christmas Eve at 7 p.m. and a holy communion service at 11 p.m.

Weyburn Church of God, will be holding a Christmas Eve candlelight service at 7 p.m.
