Combined Choir at Stars of Festival

The Weyburn Comp School's Combined Choir sings in the final performance of the Stars of the Festival held March 18 in the Comp Cafetorium. The choir was awarded the Rotary Club's Library Award for Choral Group, a $200 prize, for their performance during the Weyburn Music Festival. The Stars event featured some of the top performers from the festival, and were chosen by the adjudicators to perform; awards and scholarships were presented to all of the top performers from the past three weeks of the Festival.

Singing a spring tune

Members of the Assiniboia Park Elementary School Grades 1 to 3 choir sing about spring time during their Spring Song Festival on Wednesday. Also entertaining during the Spring Song Festival were students who took part in the Weyburn Music Festival.
