Ag. Society will be celebrating 100 years with their annual fair
this year, with fair dates set on Monday, June 30, Tuesday, July
1, and Friday, July 2. The first day of the fair will include
the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce fair parade at 10:30 a.m. and
opening ceremonies held at the exhibition grandstands at 7:30
p.m. Attending dignitaries to the ceremonies include the Honourable
Lt. Governor of Saskatchewan, Dr. Gordon L. Barnhardt; MP Ed
Komarnicki, Souris-Moose Mountain; MLA Dustin Duncan, Weyburn-Big
Muddy; Mayor of Weyburn, Debra Button; and the Reeve of the RM
of Weyburn, Carmen Sterling. |
