Vacation Bible School helper Sara Walker, kneeling at left, helps out Abby Akins beside her, while students facing the camera, Zack Robins, Trey Sandiford, Matthew Soles and Jenaya Sabourin, work on their own crafts; Tyrel Zeelenberg has his back to the camera beside Abby. The VBS was held at the Church of Christ from July 7-11, and wrapped on Friday with a program and a hot dog lunch for the children and their families.

Painting pet rocks

Ethan White and Stephanie Butz busily paint their rocks with bright colours, as a part of the Signal Hill Arts Centre's summer art program on Wednesday. The art program will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays throughout July and August, featuring a wide variety of activities.
