Run, run, run as fast as you can!

Piglets run as fast as they can to attempt to escape the excited six and under age group, during the pig scramble held at the Creelman Fair on Saturday. The objective of the pig scramble was to work with a partner to get a piglet in a bag, then be the first team back to the starter fence to win a prize. The pig scramble is an annual favorite at the Creelman Fair, which was in its 102nd year of being the 'Biggest Little Fair in Saskatchewan'.

Happy to see the fountain back

Don Sealy sits by the fountain on the lawn of the Weyburn Court House on July 11, the first day the water was turned on for the new fountain since it was replaced. The original fountain was vandalized and destroyed when it was tipped over; Sealy had donated the fountain from the Souris Valley grounds, where it had been part of the Therapeutic Animal Park. When the animal park relocated to across the road from Tatagwa View, the fountain was donated to the Court House. Sealy hopes to be able to put in a grate at the fountain, with coins tossed in to go towards the upkeep of the Animal Park.
