W.O. Mitchell home

Canadian author and playwright, W.O. Mitchell, was raised in this Weyburn home constructed by his father in 1912. The writer attributed the time spent in his home recuperating from tuberculosis as the foundation for his stories, particularly, Who Has Seen The Wind. The W.O. Mitchell residence is now a private home in Weyburn and part of the city's Crocus Tour.
