The world of Canadian sports has lost a Legend. William Garnet Campbell, famous “Little General” of the Campbell Curling Clan of Avonlea, died peacefully on Friday, December 30, 2011 at his home in Okotoks, Alberta, 12 days before his 85th birthday. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Queensbury Convention Centre, 1700 Elphinstone Street, Regina, on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. Flowers most gratefully declined.
