The Humboldt Broncos knocked the Portage Terriers out of the RBC Cup on May 10. Humboldt beat Portage 5-3, giving the Broncos a perfect 4-0 round robin record, and leaving Portage 1-3, and in fifth position in the rankings, out of semi-final play. The Broncos, meanwhile, will go on to play the Woodstock Slammers in the first semifinal game, played Saturday, May 12 at 2 p.m. at the Elgar Petersen Arena in Humboldt.
