Bursts of colourful light explode in the night sky late on July 1, as the City of Weyburn set off a series of fireworks to help commemorate Canada Day, and to kick off the Weyburn Fair which started on July 2 and wrapped up on July 4. The fireworks were set off on the western side of the exhibition grounds, giving most of the city a view of the light show.
