New resident welcomed to village

Waseca News

Our best wishes to Lyle Sutherland who left Waseca during the past weekend to make his home in Chilliwack, B.C. His house has already been sold to a new resident, Tracy Miller, who is busy doing some renovations on it. We wish Lyle much happiness in his new home and welcome Tracy to the village.

With July half over, school has been out for a few weeks. We wish all students an interesting and happy summer.

Sandra Sutherland, Arlee Lumgair and Helena Pike were among the passengers who boarded A Garon Coach Line Ltd. bus Sunday to travel to Drumheller, Alta. To see the Canadian Badlands Passion Play. It was in interesting trip and play made more interesting by the rainfall that fell in showers most of the afternoon. Gary and Rhonda, with the help of their daughter, made the day a memorable one.
