New arrows are painted at the intersection of First Avenue and Fifth Street on Wednesday, as left-turn lanes are created at this intersection, and others around the city. As part of the 2012 local improvements, the City of Weyburn is creating lane lines and left-turn lanes for busy intersections, such as this one at First Avenue and Fifth Street.
