Gladys Baxter, a resident at the Tatagwa View long-term care centre, lays a second piece of flattened bread dough on a frying pan during a baking activity at the Chat-A-Way activity centre on Wednesday morning. Some of the residents helped with the making of the treat, and then the fried bread was served with their choice of toppings, such as jam, syrup or cinnamon.
