The Souris River is still and the boardwalk is empty as soft colours are in the West after the sun set on Thursday evening. Soon the city will expand this area alongside the Souris by building an extension to the boardwalk from Third Street leading up to the Soo Line Historical Museum, connecting the Tatagwa Parkway up just across from River Park and the southern portion of the Parkway. The ultimate goal is to have the Parkway encircle the city.
