Comp Principal Wade Oberg presents an honourary diploma to local veteran May Wright, during a presentation of diplomas to seven local veterans at the Triple C Centre fundraising concert on Oct. 1 in the Comp Cafetorium. The other veterans who received diplomas included Jim Achen, William John (Red) Hearn, Casper Lix, John Paslawski, Howard Schmidt and Royden Wallin. The concert featured performances by two RCAF bands, the Command Brass and the Pipes and Drums Corps, along with the Comp Concert Band.
