Public library continues to be relevant to all

Review photo 3774 — Greg Nikkel

Head librarian Kam Teo proudly shows the facility of the Weyburn Public Library in this view from the upper level over the main floor. As he explained, the library has had to “reinvent” itself in some ways, but it continues to be a community centre that is responsive and relevant to the residents of Weyburn and area. Besides continuing to offer books for readers of all ages, there are books on CD and DVD, programs of interest for all ages of people, and many community groups make use of the facility.
