Kites fill the skies around Queen Elizabeth school

Review photo 4927 — Sabrina Kraft

Queen Elizabeth students Katie Robinson and Jessica Dixon, along with other classmates, learn about the four forces of flight while flying kites on Wednesday afternoon. The students created the kites in their art class, with each kite reflecting the personality of the student who created it. Then during their science class, the students used the four forces of flight — lift, thrust, drag and gravity — to get the kites up in the air; with a few students competing for achieving the best height.
