Serving the freshly-cooked lobster

Doug Loden waits patiently as Bruce Kwochka cuts up a freshly-cooked lobster to make it easier to eat, during the Weyburn Rotary Club’s annual Lobsterfest, held Saturday evening in the Weyburn Legion Hall. Just over 250 tickets were sold for the fundraiser supper, which also included draws and raffles as the club raised funds in support of their many projects in the community and internationally, along with the youth programs, such as student exchanges.
